it is not possible to disable the "css modifications" feature
even if the checkbox is unchecked the feature continues to work, I have a .css that centralizes the status bar that continues to work even if the feature is disabled, it only stops working if I move the .css to another folder. Vivaldi 7.5.3735.54 w11

Would it be possible to add custom favicons (via CSS)?
I noticed that certain websites don't load any favicons, so you will then get to see the standard ugly ''blank page'' favicon. Can this be fixed via CSS? I mean, it's part of the GUI right?
