Right-clicking, dropdown menus failing in Manjaro Budgie
I run Manjaro's Budgie edition on my laptop. I've noticed that frequently, the right-click menus and the dropdown menus will stop working in Vivaldi. I'll have to shutdown and restart the browser to get that functionality back. I don't use any addons or extensions and I don't notice this behavior on my Windows installations.
