Themes and background-color of menus
I just tried several themes with custom icons (AWESOME!) I'm now using the "Opresto" theme (light blue-gray chrome) but all my menus (top, context menu, bookmark folders) are still all dark. Does anyone know how to make menu backgrounds match the current theme?
Insanely large context and file menus
After update the context and file menus take up most of the screen. No settings have been changed, interface zoom is set to 100%, compact layout is on, nothing has changed. Any ideas?

Some browser menus open on the wrong screen

Compact menus option not always work
I turned on compact menus option, but sometimes Vivaldi launches with large menus (both: main menu and context menu). It fixes with restart browser. Normal menu: Large menu (bug): Vivaldi 7.6.3797.56, Linux Mint 22.2.
