If you think a post is not suitable for Vivaldi Social, you can report it to the team, who will review the report and take necessary action.

To report a user:

  1. Below the post open the  More menu.
  2. Select Report @username.
  3. Select the reason.
  4. Select which posts of the user are unsuitable.
  5. Add a short comment to explain why you reported them.

Vivaldi Social is moderated by Vivaldi employees and volunteer moderators from the Vivaldi Community. They review reports and, if the content on your account is not in line with Vivaldi Social’s server rules, our Community Guidelines and/or Terms of Use, they can remove content, limit the reach of your account and/or suspend the account altogether.

If your account has been moderated, you’ll be notified via your account’s recovery email, through which you can submit an appeal, if you don’t agree with the decision.

In case you have any questions or complaints regarding moderation, please reach out to us through the contact form below.
